Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and committed Independently Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (or equivalent independently licensed mental-health clinicians) to join our fully remote team serving diverse client populations. This is a paid 1099 contract position designed for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful clinical work.
Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and clinical best practices.
Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy.
Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, progress notes, and treatment updates.
Collaborate with the care team as appropriate to support client outcomes.
Must hold independent clinical licensure in your state (e.g., LMFT, LISW-S/LCSW, LPCC-S/LCPC, Psychologist, etc.).
Experience providing psychotherapy to diverse populations (children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families).
Must be able to work legally as an independent contractor in the U.S.
Telehealth experience preferred but not required.

All clinicians commit to a minimum of 10 billable client hours per week.
Payment is made per billable client hour:
Independently Licensed Therapists: $60–$100 per billable hour, depending on experience, specialization, and caseload

Job Overview
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Marriage and Family Therapists (MFT Associates) and MFT Trainees/Interns to join our remote team serving diverse communities. This is a fully remote, paid contract role that supports both professional growth and meaningful impact in mental health care.
Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Provide individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy using appropriate clinical modalities.
Complete case management tasks including documentation, data collection, HIPAA-compliant records, and treatment plan updates.
MFT Trainees / Interns: Currently enrolled in a graduate MFT program and completing internship hours.
MFT Associates (Post-Graduate): Completed graduate degree and passed the MFT licensing exam, but not yet independently licensed.
Experience working with diverse populations preferred (children, adolescents, adults, and families).
MFT Trainees / Interns: Weekly clinical supervision provided.
MFT Associates: We provide supervision toward independent licensure in Ohio and guidance throughout the licensure process.
Supervision includes:
30 minutes of group supervision weekly
30 minutes of individual supervision weekly

MFT Trainees / Interns (still in school): $15 per billable hour
